How do you help kids and families?
I work with individuals and families & specialize in helping moms and daughters ages 6+ trying to build resilience often as they make sense of grief, anxiety, divorce, and adoption. I operate as a "Clini-Coach' that is, a Coach with Clinical training.
As an Attachment Therapist I know that the most important factor in healing your child's pain is their relationship with you. I believe that as a Coach that I will be able to impact your child in a more lasting way through a focused curriculum and parent support. In addition, I am able to expand my work with families in all 50 states to help change the world for children.
What about women who aren't parenting?
I love working with women who are transitioning and wanting more for their life. I feel especially honored to work with young women as they step into adulthood. What a difference it can make to be secure in your worth at a young age.
How does this work?
Currently, all sessions are conducted online or by phone. Our first session will not involve your daughter so that you can freely express your concerns and frustrations. Thereafter, sessions are scheduled in 30 min sessions as one of the following: individual child coaching session, individual parent coaching session, or joint parent/child coaching session, depending on the needs of your family.
What are your fees and can I file insurance?
My fees are $75 per 30 min session and pro-rated for in additional 15 min increments. Coaching services do not qualify for insurance reimbursement.
What is TBRI?
TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) is a treatment modality that is trauma-informed and attachment oriented. It is foundational to the care I give as a Clinician and Mother.
